Misleading advertising by Defense, Defense & Counsel Ltd.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5096-VHR-2150 placed with Defense, Defense & Counsel Ltd. on May 19, 2007. I paid $209.36 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jadyn M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
