I am writing regarding order #ORD-4046-TBB-5076 placed with Virtual-App on December 14, 1971. I paid $900.78 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lydia G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
