I am writing regarding order #ORD-4887-PWW-7666 placed with Builders Team on April 3, 1986. I paid $143.72 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Derrick P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
