I purchased a account from Web-Link on November 9, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chaim Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
