Poor customer service experience with Web-Link

On March 30, 1987, I signed up for Web-Link's repair service at their Elmorestad, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $849.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reyna W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
