Hidden fees discovered from SecureDev Seremban Group

On October 8, 1971, I signed up for SecureDev Seremban Group's setup assistance at their Tonymouth, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $230.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Una H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
