Hidden fees discovered from DirectTrade

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3730-AOB-4186 placed with DirectTrade on February 24, 1998. I paid $217.20 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chaya X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
