I purchased a subscription from Knowledge School on December 13, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adaline N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
