I have been a loyal customer of Craft Feast Delights for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3187-UNJ-6911) on May 18, 2022, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
