Estates Advisors Group provided defective product

On February 13, 1977, I signed up for Estates Advisors Group's setup assistance at their Elsiehaven, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $454.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Beulah Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
