I want to report a serious concern with Retail & Hub's account that I purchased on April 11, 1979 from your Ronport, New Jersey store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Madge Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
