False promises made by Signature Land Darwin representative

On October 2, 2003, I signed up for Signature Land Darwin's exchange program at their West Garnet, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $539.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, London T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
