I am writing regarding order #ORD-3075-WBK-3321 placed with Health Vitality Clinic LLC on September 24, 1975. I paid $922.28 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Penelope T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
