I have been a loyal customer of BotFusion for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9458-FHA-2445) on September 30, 1984, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
