I have been a loyal customer of Superior Land Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-9317-UGJ-5827) on October 11, 1982, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
