Quality issues with Practice Advocates, Advocates Semarang Ltd. product

On November 7, 1980, I signed up for Practice Advocates, Advocates Semarang Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Turnerchester, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $846.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Serenity P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
