Overcharged by Academy of Achievement Enterprises for service

On March 3, 2012, I signed up for Academy of Achievement Enterprises's repair service at their Port Emilieville, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $932.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delphine W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
