I want to report a serious concern with Smart Labs Inc.'s gadget that I purchased on August 22, 1977 from your Jacobsfort, Colorado store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carmel Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
