I purchased a subscription from Pro Engineering International on May 21, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Teresa Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
