I purchased a software from Healthy & Tastes on May 10, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kenna E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
