Billing dispute with Estates of Choice

On November 6, 2014, I signed up for Estates of Choice's setup assistance at their Serenafort, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $138.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rex C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
