Unresolved issue with Logic Dev product

On February 23, 2016, I signed up for Logic Dev's setup assistance at their Neldafurt, New York location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $727.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Russel R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
