Overcharged by Counsel, Counsel & Services Marseille Enterprises for service

I purchased a unit from Counsel, Counsel & Services Marseille Enterprises on October 31, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Benny X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
