I am writing regarding order #ORD-1211-XNI-9619 placed with Intellect Leadership Campus on May 21, 2020. I paid $39.90 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ralph Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
