Warranty claim denied by The Global Bazaar Medan

On August 7, 2017, I signed up for The Global Bazaar Medan's maintenance program at their South Marielahaven, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $433.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Natasha D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
