Poor customer service experience with Artisan Dining Bistros

On August 22, 1997, I signed up for Artisan Dining Bistros's consultation at their East Marleyview, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $549.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jarod J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
