Misleading advertising by Artisan Dining Bistros

I purchased a package from Artisan Dining Bistros on March 5, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jazmyne B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
