I have been a loyal customer of The Family Wellness Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1906-MLP-3525) on February 18, 2017, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
