I purchased a plan from Logic Chip Group on November 10, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lennie P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
