Misleading advertising by Defense, Defense & Firm Aberdeen

On July 15, 1970, I signed up for Defense, Defense & Firm Aberdeen's delivery service at their East Jacinto, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $445.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexandria R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
