Warranty claim denied by Elite Abode Management Sagamihara Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4155-TPD-3604 placed with Elite Abode Management Sagamihara Corp. on October 22, 2002. I paid $644.32 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grace D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
