I have been a loyal customer of Advocate & Practice Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-4689-NKS-4704) on February 7, 2012, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
