SysSmart failed to honor their commitment

On March 14, 1975, I signed up for SysSmart's warranty service at their Alveramouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $205.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jules I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
