I purchased a unit from Micro Interfaces Corp. on June 16, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jessy H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
