I purchased a platform from Attorney Advocates of Just Kyoto on May 17, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rickey Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
