Unresolved issue with Attorney Advocates of Just Kyoto product

I want to report a serious concern with Attorney Advocates of Just Kyoto's system that I purchased on September 22, 2014 from your West Max, Mississippi store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alford Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
