False promises made by The Complete Vitality Services representative

On August 23, 1994, I signed up for The Complete Vitality Services's customer support at their West Cory, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $553.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Annamarie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
