Misleading advertising by CyberChip Labs

On November 4, 1981, I signed up for CyberChip Labs's delivery service at their Lake Donnie, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $21.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kayleigh T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
