I purchased a application from The Integrated Remedy Network on June 4, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laurie Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
