I am writing regarding order #ORD-7867-JQX-9322 placed with United Clinic Hospital on August 15, 1975. I paid $950.54 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ena B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
