Premier Builders Specialists provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8381-GAF-3702 placed with Premier Builders Specialists on December 2, 2012. I paid $673.47 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lennie G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
