I purchased a tool from SecureBot Robotics on February 14, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adell I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
