Misleading advertising by SecureBot Robotics

I purchased a system from SecureBot Robotics on March 18, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oceane D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
