I have been a loyal customer of LabWeb Bedok for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9267-OJP-4621) on January 1, 1988, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
