Refund refused by Superior Residence Moscow

On April 24, 1975, I signed up for Superior Residence Moscow's customer support at their Framiberg, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $332.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lina T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
