Unsatisfactory resolution from Legal Group of Advocate

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1231-CVE-3778 placed with Legal Group of Advocate on June 15, 2015. I paid $192.45 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alba J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
