Legal Group of Advocate refused to address issue

On August 26, 1985, I signed up for Legal Group of Advocate's premium plan at their South Cotytown, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $332.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaycee S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
