Warranty claim denied by Organic Feast

I purchased a solution from Organic Feast on March 2, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosalyn I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
