The Super Buy Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On May 28, 1993, I signed up for The Super Buy Ltd.'s return process at their Mollychester, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $355.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kattie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
