On February 13, 2003, I signed up for Nano Interfaces's troubleshooting service at their New Alyssonfort, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $143.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clement L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
